| Evaluations
The APHA encourages you to evaluate a
judge's performance. The Judges Committee uses
these evaluations during the review process to
help determine what kind of job a judge has
been doing since he/she was last reviewed. All
positive and negative comments are welcome.
The author of an evaluation will be kept
confidential. Regular status judges are
reviewed once every 3 years.
For your convenience, two evaluation forms
are available for download:
Formal
complaint
To make a formal complaint against an APHA-approved
judge, such complaints must be in writing,
signed by the complainant, contain alleged
rule violations, date and location within
60 days of the show or contest. If a grievance
is filed, the procedures outlined in the disciplinary
procedures would be followed. (See rules GR-070.A-O.
The
Rule Book is available online).
