some fun at free Paint Horse Kids Day
FORT WORTH, Texas—Children who have always wanted to ride
a horse will have the chance on May 16, when the American Paint
Horse Foundation hosts its annual “Paint Horse Kids Day” at the
YMCA Camp Carter Equestrian Center, 5900 Meandering Road, in
Fort Worth.

Bring your little buckaroo to the American Paint
Horse Foundation Kids Day for a day full of free
activities, horseback rides and more on Saturday, May 16. Hirez

The fun begins at 10 a.m. and continues to 4 p.m. All
events are free and open to the public and include:
- Horseback rides.
- “Learn to rope” clinics.
- Meet “Paint Horse Pete,” the official Paint Horse
mascot.
- Chuckwagon lunch.
- Musical entertainment by the Cowtown Opry &
Buckaroo youth singers.
- Kid sing-alongs with the Cowtown Opry.
- Coloring booths.
- Tattoo stations.
- Face painting.
- Goodie bag surprises for all children.
- Lots of fun.
