Escape to APHA’s 17th annual Fort Robinson trail ride

Cap off your summer with an all-inclusive vacation—APHA's Fort Robinson Trail Ride. Rich in the history of the American West, Fort Robinson served as a military outpost from 1874 to 1948 and is located in the heart of the rugged Pine Ridge region of northern Nebraska. Crazy Horse, Red Cloud and Walter Reed were just a few of the historic figures who helped carve the fort's place in history.

The flagship of APHA’s 2012 trail ride program, the week-long Fort Robinson adventure offers riders of all breeds a unique way to see the breathtaking views and outstanding trails that pass through tall-grass prairies, breathtaking rock formations and Ponderosa pine forests of the 22,000-acre park.
