Rule Book Change Chart - The postmark deadline for submission of proposed Rule Book Changes for the 2018 Rule Book is August 1, 2016. Rule Book Changes can be submitted by mail (APHA, 2800 Meacham Blvd. Ft Worth Tx 76137), email (email@example.com) or by fax (817-834-3152) to the attention of Allyson Pennington, Staff Liaison for the Rules Advisory Committee. All Rule Book Change proposals will be reviewed by the Rules Advisory Committee, the Executive Committee and all appropriate Standing Committees.
