APHA hosts two Kids Day events each year. In the spring, it is held at
APHA headquarters at 2800 Meacham Boulevard in Ft. Worth. In the
summer, Kids Day is held during the World Championship Paint Horse
Show at Will Rogers Equestrian Center.
Kids Day events include a stick horse barrel race, free roping
lessons, a real cowboy trick roper and trick riders.
Paint Horse Pete, APHA's popular mascot, will be there to great the
kids.
Thanks to local volunteers and establishments, this special event is
free and open to all children and their families.
