| APHA partners with UPS for shipping
benefits to members
FORT WORTH, Texas – The American Paint Horse Association
(APHA) today announced it has formed a strategic alliance with
UPS (NYSE:UPS), the world's largest package delivery company, to
provide UPS services at a discounted rate to APHA members.
With a full array of delivery options and services, UPS is
uniquely qualified to meet the needs of the membership of APHA
offering discounts on a wide range of products. Serving more
than 200 countries and territories worldwide, the APHA member
will be able to receive APHA discounts on delivery using UPS’
next day, worldwide, commercial and residential delivery
services.

leader in express delivery,” said Lex Smurthwaite, APHA
Executive Director. “This partnership initiated from member
requests, and we are excited to meet the need of our members by

Beginning Summer, 2010 members will be able to participate in
this program by using an account number linked to their APHA
membership, and will be able to sign up online.
