Texas Motors Ford helps drive 2002 APHA World
Show
FORT WORTH, Texas-The American Paint Horse Association (APHA)
welcomes Texas Motors Ford as an official sponsor of the 2002
World Championship Paint Horse Show for the fifth year.
Tarrant County's oldest family-owned Ford dealership, Texas
Motors Ford has a new, state-of-the-art facility located at
the intersection of White Settlement Road and Loop 820 West
in Fort Worth.
Along with a five-lane service department, Texas Motors Ford
has room for up to 1,200 new and used vehicles on its 20-acre
lot. The service department features quality customer service.
In the waiting area, customers can plug in their laptops at
Internet-connected workstations, and their children can have
fun in a large play area.
Established in 1943 in downtown Fort Worth, Texas Motors
Ford makes customer service a top priority and has been recognized
with the highest customer service awards available-the President's
Award and the Ford Motor Credit Partners in Quality award.
"There are a lot of parallels between Texas Motors Ford
and APHA," said General Sales Manager Mike Waitkus. "We
are celebrating 59 years of being family-owned this year,
and we feel APHA represents the best in family values. We
moved to our new location to offer more for our clients and
are ranked one of the largest dealerships."
APHA also moved to a new location, Waitkus noted, and is
ranked as one of the fastest-growing breed registries in the
nation.
Waitkus said Texas Motors Ford carries a large line of trucks
for their numerous clients in the horse industry.
