Metro Golf Cars continues APHA World Show support

Metro Golf Cars, family-owned and -operated in Fort Worth, Texas, for the past 30 years, has renewed its World Show partnership with the American Paint Horse Association (APHA). Metro provides APHA members with golf cars and other vehicles at the association’s annual World Show.

“We see this as a good business opportunity and chance to support the association,” said Metro Golf Cars General Manager Ben King. “We provide a good, valuable product for the folks coming to World Show. We do a lot of business with APHA members and see this sponsorship as a way of giving back.”

Metro has played an active role in the World Show since the early 1990s and is extending its agreement with APHA. King said that his company intends to support APHA members and the World Show for as long as possible.

“It has been a pleasure all the way around to work with the association and its members,” King said. “Our sponsorship level has grown with the number of requests from members at the World Show.”

APHA Executive Secretary Jim Kelley expressed his appreciation for Metro’s involvement.

“The support of Metro Golf Cars at the World Show each year has been beneficial to both APHA and its members,” said Kelley. “The company has become a fixture at the show and continues to provide a valuable service. We are proud to have them as a partner for the next several years.”
