PRO Orthopedic makes first APHA World Show appearance

FORT WORTH, Texas—PRO Orthopedic Devices Inc., based in Tucson, Ariz., will make its first corporate sponsor appearance at the World Championship Paint Horse Show, which will be held in Fort Worth, Texas, June 26–July 9.

“We are looking forward to making our presence known at this year’s World Show,” said PRO President Gerry Detty. “This will provide us the perfect opportunity to build lasting relationships with some of APHA’s key members.”

The company has more than 40 years of experience in the field of human sports medicine. About six years ago, PRO expanded to include the equine market and has made its name known by developing equestrian products, featuring the latest advancements in sports medicine technology.

PRO’s equine products include support boots; saddle pads; cinches; and splint, bell and skid boots; in addition to magnetic therapy products.

“Because this is the first year for us, we simply want to meet as many people as possible and introduce our products to them,” Detty said. “We feel this is a perfect setting in which to educate the members, enabling them to become more in tune with their equine athlete partner.”

PRO will sponsor numerous awards this year as the official equine sports medicine products of APHA. They will be giving PRO saddles pads to all-around World Show award-winners and to the Challenge Series and Sweepstakes class champions.

For more information about PRO and its products, stop by its booth at the World Show. You may also call (800) 523-5611, or visit proorthopedic.com.

“We are planning on having our full line of products in the booth as well as some of the products we sell to the veterinary market so the membership can see and ask questions,” Detty said.
