Emergency Show Assistance Hotline
Show committees are now able to reach an APHA representative on the weekends in case of emergency related to show management issues. Calls will be received beginning each week at 4:30 p.m. CST on Friday through the end of day Sunday.
If you have an emergency, call (817) 487-6102. If you receive voicemail, leave a message stating your situation and a representative will return your call if it is deemed to be an emergency. For all other non-emergency situations, your phone call will be returned on the next business day.
