Show Approval Reminders

  • Please use the most recent show application form supplied by the APHA or available online. Outdated versions do not contain all necessary requirements and we will be unable to accept them.
  • Once a class list is submitted, the list of classes can only be amended up to 30 days prior to the show by written notification to the APHA. (SC-090.D)
  • Please be sure to hire your judge(s) by written contract prior to listing them on the show approval application.
  • If you are not planning on holding a show you held in previous years, please let us know immediately so that we can release the dates for other clubs. (SC-090.J.3)
  • Please check your show listing in Paint Horse Journal and on the APHA Web site for accuracy.
