For orders shipped within the United States, the standard shipping
method is FedEX Ground, based on the total purchase price of items ordered.

For orders shipped outside the United States, or for orders over $400,
actual shipping costs will be charged when your order is processed.
Because this varies on a case-by-case basis, we cannot include an estimate
on the web site. If you have questions, please e-mail us at generalstore@apha.com
or call for details. All International orders ship USPS.
APHA has no control over any duties or import fees imposed by your
local customs service. Applicable duty charges are the resposibility
of the recipient.
If the wrong shipping charge is selected, we will correct the error
before processing the order.
How do I return/exchange an item?
Our return/exchange policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of
your order, you may return/exchange any item in its original condition,
and any unopened CD, video tape or software for a full refund. If you
would like to exchange an item for a different size, please call our
toll-free number 1 (877) 460-6275 to verify availability. Return the
item with a copy of your original receipt and reason for the return
to: APHA General Store, 2800 Meacham Blvd., Fort Worth, TX 76137. Your
purchase price and sales tax will be refunded to you by the same method
of payment (VISA or MasterCard if the purchase was made via the web
site.)
