Reservations can be made with a $25 deposit. Deposits for each ride are
accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Fee must be paid in full by
March 11. Includes meals (Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch, dinner,
and Sunday breakfast), ride fees, and Saturday evening entertainment.
Housing/Horse facilities: Horse Heaven Ranch offers 6 fully equipped luxury
cabins and 32 RV sites for your stay. Two pipe pens are provided with each
RV space. A Barnmaster barn is also available for stall rental. Contact
Horse Heaven Ranch directly to make arrangements for housing and stalling
at 918) 567-4200. Be sure to let them know that you're participating in the
APHA ride.
Ride schedule: Official check-in will be Friday evening, April 11*. The
ride officially begins with breakfast the next morning and concludes after
breakfast on Sunday. Enjoy a morning ride or participate in fun 'trail
trials' on Sunday. Be on your way home by noon rejuvenated by a weekend
with your American Paint Horse and new friends.
* Early birds are welcome. Come in Thursday, and join us for an 'Early Bird' ride on Friday morning.
Cancellation policy: Requests for a full refund must be received by APHA,
in writing (by letter or fax), not less than thirty (30) days prior to the
rides start date. If received less than fourteen (14) days prior to the
ride, fees will be nonrefundable. No refunds will be issued for
cancellations received after the cancellation date. All requests will be
considered based on the postmark date of the request.
