Reservations can be made with a $25 deposit. Deposits for each ride are
accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Total fee must be paid in
full by March 10.

Price includes: Price includes: Meals (Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch, dinner, and Sunday breakfast), rider fee, and Saturday evening entertainment.
Fee also includes stall (1 horse) for Friday, April 24, and Saturday, April 25, 2009, and your RV spot for Friday and Saturday night.

Rancho Oso offers RV parking and campsites. Don't want to stay in your RV? Rancho Oso is holding 5 cozy cabins and 10 rustic covered wagons for our members to reserve on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservations for these accommodations should be received by April 3. Please contact Rancho Oso directly for your cabin, RV space, or wagon at (805) 683-5686.

Horse Facilities: Pipe pens are located in close proximity to the RV and dry campsites (limit one horse per pen). If you prefer your horse to stay even closer to your RV, portable pens are acceptable.

Ride schedule: Official check-in will be Friday evening, April 24*. The ride officially begins with breakfast the next morning and concludes after breakfast on Sunday. You are welcome to enjoy a Sunday morning ride on your own and be on your way home by noon – revived by fresh mountain air, time spent with your American Paint Horse and in the company of new friends. * Early birds are welcome. Come in Thursday, and join us for an 'Early Bird' ride on Friday morning.

Cancellation policy: Requests for a full refund must be received by APHA, in writing (by letter or fax), not less than thirty (30) days prior to the ride’s start date. If received less than fourteen (14) days prior to the ride, fees will be nonrefundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the cancellation date. All requests will be considered based on the postmark date of the request.
